It was ok at first.

Cons

Terrible company to work for and they hide a lot of finances from the owners and staff. All they care about is money. They make promises such as raises then never give them to you. I always thought HCA was bad but it’s not. This is NOT an ethical company. They want sheep not intelligent people.

Plenty of hours. Probably too many. Decent benefits. Lots of different kinds of surgeries

Terrible management. Negative work environment where doctors, anesthesiologists, management etc treat you like you don’t exist and don’t matter, most the time can’t even have the decency to say hi in passing or address you at all. Forget learning your name or face. When bringing up concerns or suggestions management bits your head off or tells you that’s just how it is. Corporate feeling to working here for sure. People here seem unhappy and burnt out. The OR seems to be a mess too always behind or missing equipment they need which keeps everyone here longer. Lots of people leaving who say it’s because of poor management.
