This company is so appreciative of its employees. They acknowledge when someone does well and give praise. There is open communication and monthly meetings to share information. Since I’ve been here I have no complaints

Cons

It's so funny that they mentioned this company is a "Great place to work" certified, when colleagues don't even know each other. We're at our desks, facing our computers all day long. We don't even take breaks together, we're always by ourselves at the lunch table.
