Remote work. Accessible higher ups and flexible with scheduling. “Recharge” time where they give you an afternoon off every couple months.

Cons

Very limited in-person interaction with coworkers. Maybe once per quarter. I’m a people person though

I can't think of anything desirable about this company.

Cons

There's really nothing good about this company, and there's no reason for people to stay here if they have other options. The leadership is useless, and the work environment is not conducive to growth. You're fored to work on repetitive tasks without any growth and learning. And the management does nothing else aside from give out tasks to employees.
