Our CEO just encouraged us to take our PTO, whereas I've worked in places that make asking for PTO like pulling teeth. They have consistently added benefits and programs to support our wellbeing. People from managers to the CEO will reach out to support us and make sure we're OK when local or national events arise that are upsetting (such as Asian bashing). They have employee resources groups for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, and are continually adding more. SCAN has won the "Great Place to Work" award and they deserve it. I love my job, love my manager, and also know that if I were to transfer to a different role, I would love that job and manager too.

Cons

I hope they revise handling the MSA dept so they have the option for longer lunches and flexibility to engage in more training opps and company meetings.

Pros

The company was decent at offering the right pay and benefits. I never felt that I was getting underpaid here.

Cons

The supervisors were demanding and pressure-inducing. They made us do most of the work and just sat and enjoyed games on their mobiles. Also, the tech was quite old. It was frustrating to deal with it.
