We appreciate your feedback. Wow. It doesn’t sound like you’re having a great work experience and that concerns us. It’s our priority to make sure all our employees feel appreciated, respected, and heard—not nervous and stressed. We want you to know that as we grow and diversify, keeping our members healthy and independent will always be our top priority. Also, rather than laying people off, SCAN is actually growing! Since January 1, we've onboarded 65 new team members, and we currently have 58 open positions posted. If you have any issues or concerns that we haven’t addressed, please reach out to your supervisor or a HR representative at PeopleRelations@scanhealthplan.com.
