Pros

Good camaraderie amongst the staff, for the most part.

Cons

This company is very money hungry. Management obviously only concerned with numbers. NMSs are more and more overworked with unrealistic workloads. Definitely, favoritism plays a role here and managers don't even attempt to hide it. As the saying goes don't walk away, run away!

To facilitate better collaboration towards delivering on our mission, SCAN’s leadership works hard to maintain an inclusive and respectful work environment where our Rebels (employees) can thrive. With 93% of all of our employees saying SCAN is a great place to work, we believe we’ve done just that. In addition, SCAN maintains an open-door policy to allow for candid feedback from all levels of the organization with the option to submit anonymously at any time. Not worth your time

Pros

I was able to meet some talented people, but I didn't make any lasting relationships with them because they left shortly after they joined the company.

Cons

Fast-paced and stressful work environment, demanding managers that lack empathy, HR that couldn't care less about employees' wellbeing, leadership lacks vision, opportunities to grow are rare because of favoritism, etc. Working here just isn't worth my time.

Pros

Helping people was the only rewarding part of the job.

Cons

Compliance shouldn't make work impossible. The compliance director enforced rules so rigidly that even the simplest tasks required jumping through ridiculous hoops. Policies were outdated and inefficient, yet leadership refused to adapt. Instead of making compliance a functional part of operations, they turned it into an obstacle course that slowed everything down.
