      New CEO running it like a for profit profit organization making it like your average employer.

      Pros

      Linear organization. Respectful culture. Professional co-workers. Some none-profit culture about giving back still remains.

      Cons

      New CEO fired many individuals which goes against the none-profit nature of the organization. The purpose of a none-profit is to also give back to society in the form of jobs, I am not sure if the new CEO understands that. Operating a none-profit like a for profit organization.

      Pros

      When I first started it felt like we were a team and everyone is welcoming. Other departments were very nice and kind.

      Cons

      Too many changes in the IT team because of management. Went from an amazing working environment with team focused into segregated teams.
