SCAN is currently in an innovation and growth phase with a lot of exciting opportunities on the horizon. It's a great organization to work for because of its commitment and focus on mission, passionate employees, great benefits, knowledgeable leadership, hybrid work environment, and work life balance. I'm proud to work for a company that is actively striving to make a difference in the healthcare space as well as consistently supports its local community. Our leadership seems extremely committed to and passionate about the work we're doing. SCAN is always trying to improve, whether with our product offerings to members or with our employee culture—it's encouraging to be a part of an organization that doesn't settle and get stagnant once they achieve a goal.

Meaningful work within mission to keep older adults healthy and independent. While healthcare is complex, I appreciate that SCAN is always innovating programs to reach the most vulnerable and individuals who traditionally have barriers to accessing care (unhoused/homeless, limited English proficiency, individuals with chronic health conditions like Diabetes, etc.) Company is very thoughtful when it comes to taking care of employees - generous PTO, additional company days off to "recharge," retirement matching, etc. Coming from the nonprofit world, the additional benefits are greatly appreciated.
