Pros

There's nothing to look forward to, career-wise

Cons

Middle management is terrible to employees and incredibly demanding. I was constantly stressed and burnt out because of their horrible attitudes! Unless you want to be miserable everyday, I suggest you avoid this place!

This is something SCAN prioritizes for all employees and supports it through generous benefits like recharge days, floating holidays for use as one wishes. As a not-for-profit we ensure that our salaries are market aligned and we understand the value of staying competitive, as we want to attract the best talent in their respective fields, at all levels of the organization.
