Great leaders that support employees in their growth. 4. An organization that takes bold action to address major issues within the healthcare system.

Cons

As with many companies, getting projects completed or moved through review processes in a timely manner can be a challenge.

I’ve been at many other healthcare organizations and SCAN is consistently the most mission driven th ave I’ve ever been at. I trust my parents and loved ones in the hands of SCAN and so do so many other employees as they believe in the mission. The new CEO has come in and created a path for SCAN to serve even more seniors and is changing the culture to be even more mission focused.

Cons

SCAN isn’t perfect, there are definitely challenges around getting things accomplished. But if you develop the right rationale, big things can be achieved.
