      Awful Attitude of Supervisors

      Pros

      This company helps find a Medicare Advantage plan that meets the needs and budget of clients. Their Medicare Advantage plans and benefits are designed to help save money and stay as healty and independent as possible.

      Cons

      The attitude of supervisors was terrible here. They put undue pressure on employees and made their jobs stressful. The top leadership is also too rigid and set in its ways, so they don't do a good job when they have to adjust to changes and avoid the same. It's ridiculous.

      New to SCAN and couldn’t be happier

      Pros

      SCAN not only truly cares about its members (which is evident in every action the company takes and decision made). It seems as though SCAN truly appreciates its employees, recognizes efforts publicly, offers excellent benefits and perks, flexibility and growth. I started a few months ago and was immediately made to feel welcome, adequately trained in my duties, my opinions and fresh perspectives have been welcomed. So far, so good!

      Cons

      There has been discussion of increasing in office days based on some teams/employees consistently not following guidelines for collaboration days.

      Pros

      • Admirable reputation in healthcare. • Unparalleled dedication to the senior citizens of America. • Undeniable commitment to employees’ welfare. • Job involves handling the payroll of our employees from our sister companies across the country so it was overwhelming at first. But with the right training and technology that the company provided, I’m able to swing by with much ease. • Above industry pay and perks that include: 401k, Bonus, Hybrid setup, PTO, and Tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      There’s nothing to complain about. Just work hard and recognition & rewards will not be far behind.
