Feels different when your work matters

Pros

I handle technical support, system maintenance, and process improvement work that directly impacts how the health plan operates for senior members. The team is experienced, and people help each other when complex issues come up. The pay is good, and there's healthcare coverage, a 401k match, and generous PTO. The hybrid setup is another pro.

Cons

Major system rollouts require excellent cross-team coordination, but communication is patchy at times.

Given enough time to learn healthcare coverage procedures Extensive training and access to the necessary resources I can turn to my coworkers whenever I have questions or need advice. Managers are available during escalations.

Cons

Performance metrics are closely monitored, sometimes too closely.
