      -- Easy commute to work -- Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      -- Nepotism is rampant -- It is who you know, not what you know that matters -- Backbiting and drama are encountered everywhere -- Managers are woefully out of touch with their employees -- Management will not address employees' concerns, they'd rather it just quietly go away or you quit -- Very little opportunity for advancement
