      Pros

      Very laid back. Fun and friendly environment. Easy to reach deadlines. Encourages learning and enhancing your career. Great for your first job out of college. Incredibly flexible for working. Great if you have kids/family matters that you must handle. Almost never go past 40 hours a week, and they pay if you have to go over (even if salaried)

      Cons

      They pay well below market value. Most people who leave due so for a large pay increase. Lack of tools to support staff (as a developer, I was never provided with an IDE). IT department needs major budget increases as it impacts all other departments.

      Pros

      Location is in a rural community close to a Navy base

      Cons

      Good luck getting respect or authority unless you are male or a marine. The nepotism, lack of leadership, lack of direction, and lack of genuine care for employees is palatable from the first week.
