      Laidback with good pay

      Pros

      Laidback environment with friendly coworkers. Pay seems high for my experience level.

      Cons

      I was looking for more of a high level help desk type of job, but got a Systems Engineer job. 401k matching is only 1/4 of your contributions up to $1500 per year.

      Pros

      Secure place. Easy walk to places for lunch. Quiet atmosphere.

      Cons

      Don't really have many cons yet. Been there less than a year. They try and compete with salaries and sometimes come close.

      Pros

      Very laid back. Fun and friendly environment. Easy to reach deadlines. Encourages learning and enhancing your career. Great for your first job out of college. Incredibly flexible for working. Great if you have kids/family matters that you must handle. Almost never go past 40 hours a week, and they pay if you have to go over (even if salaried)

      Cons

      They pay well below market value. Most people who leave due so for a large pay increase. Lack of tools to support staff (as a developer, I was never provided with an IDE). IT department needs major budget increases as it impacts all other departments.
