SCHOTT claims to be a multinational company that values diversity, but in reality only Germans are valued.

Pros

It's a stable pay check, that's about it.

Cons

Outside of pharma the company is not growing. Only Germans have opportunities for growth, it's very much a German club in management. They don't value foreigners. All decisions are made in Germany even if they don't understand the local market. Don't come here if you want to grow your career.
