Active withing a growing sector and well positioned within the competitive landscape Decent management Chance to develop and learn Chance to make your own work life balance A lot of WFH flexibility, as long as the work is not directly tied to the production A good mix of people with diverse backgrounds (at R&D) Generally innovative in its regulated market segment, you can really make your ideas come to reality

Cons

Low salaries, definatelly a place where you learn rather than earn. Which is by iteself a good thing for young professionals, but makes it difficult to hire people even with a couple of years of experience
