      Pros

      Yearly bonus is excellent. Good Document and data control, relatively fast paced and not to the point of high stress.

      Cons

      Health care is below average. Policies driven by Germany making some practices in the US very paperwork heavy, not lean.

      Pros

      Schott is a great company for long term stability. Pay and benefits are competitive. Very global.

      Cons

      Qualities commonly found in management include discrediting and undermining thier employees (sometimes publicly). This isn't every manager but it's common among those in Pennsylvania.
