As an intern, you get real work rather than your regular internship. Flexible schedule and makes sure school comes first.

Cons

Not much mobility since it's such a small office they aren't many positions open.

Local management was excellent - very supportive, recognized achievements, did their best to utilize ideas provided by employees. Pay was competitive.

Cons

There is a serious disconnect between corporate management in Germany and local management in the U.S. Germany would often try to shove misguided programs down the throat of a business that is already doing very well.
