      Believe in company and it’s mission, however leadership operates on its own.

      Pros

      Clinical leadership is excellent. We have some highly respected physicians and clinicians working for us, BUT we have also laid off highly qualified individuals.

      Cons

      Operational leadership is POOR. budgets are not being met quarter after quarter and as a result operations does employee layoffs. This includes employees that are at the high end of their salary range. Regardless of performance or team success. This allows them to meet budget and “back door” hire employees making less. The problem is operational leadership does NOT know how to do budgets.

      Flexible schedule, typically no micromanaging

      Cons

      Beware, they tend to sell to hospitals that do not have the resources available for a CHC to actually sell which puts the CHC is a very difficult and unfair position.
