      Pros

      Solid organization that is growing despite payer behavior & COVID, recognition of a job well done & emphasis on each employee to continue making a difference in the patients we impact. Emphasis on CORE values of agility, respect, collaboration & courage is lived at all levels of SCP Health. I really enjoy the people I work with and am motivated & inspired everyday.

      Cons

      At times as a company we get “bogged” down in a process & in reacting to COVID we need to stay agile & continuously look at ways to improve.

      Pros

      The balance between work life and personal life has always been a plus. They do love employee feed back and thoughts on changes that maybe coming. They try their best to make the work place the best possible place to work at.

      Cons

      I do agree pay is low and they could do better on the yearly raises or at least when new hires start the older employees do not have close salaries.
