I love that they offer training courses & lessons to enhance my knowledge, while acquiring accolades at the same time. The health industry is constantly changing ; but I love that the employees are kept up to date at all times and employee feedback is always encouraged. It's like I have a seat at the round table- not just another worker.

Cons

Can't think of any cons. If I had to mention something, it would be SOX compliince is complex and cumbersome and there is somewhat of a silo management style.
