Pros
Flexible work hours. We're trusted to do our jobs well without having to make that difficult choice between work and family so frequently. Great business outlook. The company posted excellent results in 2019 and should expect the same next year and beyond. Patient-centered. We are truly mission-minded and live our values. It's been refreshing to see everyone on the "hierarchy" - even up to the CEO - consistently mention our "why."
Cons
I can't think of anything major. We are a company that has grown tremendously in a very short period of time, which leads to some challenges as we settle into our new reality. Always open to feedback, which is appreciated.
