      They give PTO, and paid holidays and vacation.

      Cons

      Favoritism shown from Supervisors up. They make you do more work, but don't give more pay. The raises are inadequate.

      Pros

      Great company, very collaborative environment. Always seeking to improve process and employee culture. There are opportunities to grow your career with new projects and roles as well as with with the various training programs and guest speakers. There is a great benefits package that is very competitive for the employee cost, though it is a high deductible plan. The biweekly cost is literally half the cost of my spouse's work health plan, so I'm quite pleased we're not on his plan! There are fun employee events throughout the year that include food, gifts and camaraderie.

      Though we have several, wish there were even more employee events! :-)

      Excellent communication via various unique modalities. Future oriented and goal driven.

      Cons

      Perhaps a little bit removed from the “big picture,” i.e. National Healthcare crisis and Emergency Dept abuse.
