      Extremely tough place to work.

      Pros

      Gained a ton of knowledge in the industry. Through a ton of grit and hard work I managed to be successful. I enjoyed some of my co workers.

      Cons

      Poorly run company. Placing people in positions they are not ready for nor have the experience. Senior management is atrocious.

      Pros

      They tried to keep a positive culture. After a while though, it was apparent that it was all on the surface.

      Cons

      Reminds me of Enron. They kept saying that the comapny was doing well and company meetings, then they started hinting about layoffs. After 2 big rounds of layoffs and much talk of no more, the CIO was fired, the CFO fired, key managers and whole learning and development department was layed off- they did not even bother to communicate layoffs any more. The talk is that AR, AP- the books in general can not be accounted for.

      Pros

      Work - Life Balance, Good Pay, Nice People. Good place to build your resume and gain experience. Dr. Schumacher is a great guy and excellent physician and really does care about patient care.

      Cons

      The company is broke. They spend money like it grows on trees. They have cut employee benefits, resources, travel and closed entire departments. They blame it on "healthcare is changing" it is all a lie.
