      * Strong leadership commitment * Patient-centric mission inspires excellence in both clinicians and general staff * Never boring!

      Cons

      * Still a few growing pains from recent rapid expansion, but solidifying steadily * Overall US healthcare industry in turmoil , so must be comfortable with change and unpredictability right now as a result
