      Pros

      Great atmosphere and values. Even after leadership change the company is still on track with it's values.

      pay could be better. Benefits could definitely improve

      Pros

      I am blessed to have a job, at which I work incredibly hard. Good time off.

      Cons

      Lack of support, severely below market salary, unrealistic expectations, low average tenure, not honest with clients. The hardest job I have ever had with no appreciation of hard work and dedication.

      It's Good When You're apart of the "In Crowd"

      Pros

      Flexible Working Schedule- ability to work from home Vacation Time Benefits Company Events CEO is down to earth and mingles with he employees Christmas parties

      Cons

      Share Offices Low Pay Schu-ting Star awards- giving out to the same people over and over again. It's all about who you know and not what you do for the company. The company as a whole is good but I would run from the Accounting Department.
