      The benefits were decent, great learning experience and I met a few great people that I stay in touch with.

      Instability. When laid off, we were told that we were an experiment. How rude.

      Great people, made many friends.

      Cons

      Unorganized and upper management has no idea what they are doing. Management is very unprofessional. Entire departments have been laid off at a time. Rules do not apply to everyone. One employee was fired for discriminating against a manager, but when another employee did the exact same thing to a lower level employee, nothing was done.
