      used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Executive leadership only cares about themselves. People can lie and cheat their way up the corporate ladder. If you are a hard worker forget being recognized. If you are not in the circle of cronies, you are screwed.

      My direct team is awesome to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership has changed and is not good. No longer care about the employees. Bus dev has not been successful. A lot of bad locations to recruit for.

      Honestly very few. Nice computer communication and paycheck viewing platform

      Cons

      They simply care about numbers nothing good can ever come from meeting nice to them. They will use and abuse you while taking no worry about hanging you out to dry if volumes drop. They hire largely incompetent physicians and when good docs stand up they are fired. They tell the apc to make the er run when the incompetent physician is working. Horrible management that uses veiled threats to your livelyhood to get you to fall in line.
