Pros

Offers a really good pay package, commencement bonus, relocation package, and tons of overtime.

Cons

Management is nonexistent, not enough resources on the ground, suggestions and change requests get swept under the rug, and there is no accountability on the medical director unless he/she isn’t bringing in money.

SCP Health is a fabulous organization. SCP Health lives and breaths its core values of Agility, Collaboration, Courage, Respect in all that we do. Our company cares about its employees and always tries to do the right thing. As our company grows, the opportunities for individual and professional growth are plentiful and push me to do my very best. The job is challenging without being overwhelming. I always have the tools and support I need to be successful. I look forward to working at SCP Health every single day!

Cons

I do not believe that there are any cons. We continuously strive to be innovative and improve the quality of work and services we provide to our clients which can at times be a test, but I enjoy coming up with new ways to make things better and thinking outside of the box.
