Company offers 9 paid holidays. Bonuses are offered if goals are met. Really great management team in Cash Application. Hybrid work situation. Flexible start time. No weekend work.

Cons

Benefits are not great. Very little diversity in management. More difficult to grow within the company since covid. Hard to maintain a balanced life with pay.

Cons

You work for Operations and they are all about numbers and forget what we are doing. Make the numbers you're fine. Struggle and you get no help just judgement and your boss is forced to take you down and they forgot to offer support like they used to 4 years ago.

No real room to grow if leadership doesn’t like you or have a personal issue with you. It’s all about who you know and connect with to move up the career ladder, no real talent just favoritism and voids to fill.
