      Too many chiefs and top focus is on profit

      Pros

      They offer pretty good ongoing training programs.

      Cons

      Poor reputation for service. Profits come before all else. General lack of professionalism and ethics No support from leadership. No avenue for management to really listen to and consider better ideas from employees.

      You do get a paycheck.

      Cons

      Management baits and switches. Most contracts are shaky, at best. As a physician, you do not go to school for 12+ years for this. You can do better.
