Many advancement opportunities. CRO is very approachable and open to new ideas. Lots of collaboration from middle management.

Cons

Pay is not always with current market trends. Executive leadership expectations need to be consistent for all departments.

The sincerity & passion around quality patient care, as exhibited by our Founder and CEO Dr. Kip Schumacher, is undeniable and contagious. He remains on target and determined to deliver world class care.

Cons

Not all share Dr. Schumacher's sincerity and sometimes forget what we are here to accomplish. Most in higher levels of leadership mirror his desire and enthusiasm. I hope that together they will channel their energy and far out-weigh the ones who would rather personally succeed than achieve greater success through the majority of the whole.
