      Good company culture, passionate people, interesting, good review process, smart and trust-worthy upper management

      Cons

      There is another review that says you start out with 20 days of PTO - how is that correct? Corporate employees start with 5 days per year and then go up to 10 days from year 1-4. You get plenty of personal time for medical reasons, no specific sick leave. I'm confused about this. This is the only con.
