      Fun people to work with. Management is easy to talk to. Room for growth

      Cons

      Low pay. Poor organization. Tons of lay offs due to pandemic. Had to pay to send my laptop back.

      Pros

      SCP Health is a great company to be a part of. I have been an employee for 2 years now. They offer a great work/life balance and always suggest "Family First" Being a part of a great team is important to me and SCP exceeds my wishes. Also the way SCP Health has handled the pandemic has been seamless.

      Cons

      Having to work from home due to Covid-19 restrictions. I miss being with my team in the office. But I am so thankful to be able to work from home where as many people do not have the opportunity.
