      Pros

      Great people working there and benefits are OK for the area. They do their best to give you a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Benefits and compensation are not competitive, in fact they are border line insulting. The physicians are treated like kings and the operation staff have been treated like "the help" if not for a better term. Poor career advancement. Not the same organization that it was 10 years ago. The culture has changed so much that it's just a job that pays the bills.

      Great work - life balance, good PTO, direct supervisor, team members you have to put time in, but you can grow, laid back

      Cons

      Senior "Leadership" is a joke, there are way more middle managers than are needed

      Pros

      Family oriented culture. Teams work hard and band together to ensure work gets done. Great if you like to travel.

      Cons

      No mentoring or investment in employees. Small offices create cliques and horrible office politics. Growth was nonexistent unless you were apart of the right group regardless of education and work quality.
