      Pros

      People are extremely nice who work there, lots of caring clinicians and strong leadership team.

      Cons

      IT moves at a snail's pace. While people are very nice, the company is full of people who have only worked there for their entire career, not very many open minded people in terms of doing new things outside the box. Overall, a younger company at only about 30 years old or so.

      Good work/life balance, good benefits, I have great & understanding bosses, & the people at SCP are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Some departments are better to work in than others, from my experience.
