      Flexible schedule, typically no micromanaging

      Cons

      Beware, they tend to sell to hospitals that do not have the resources available for a CHC to actually sell which puts the CHC is a very difficult and unfair position.

      The benefits are ok...some of the shifts...really not much else...pay is decent at best

      Management, supervisors, favoritism....old computers. I mean the list goes on and on

      pay could be better, lack of direction and organization, various changes but the same people continue making decisions, everyone wants things done their own way
