      Pros

      - Leading the industry in providing quality healthcare. - Our clinicians are first in their class. - Family oriented. - Always looking to promote within the company. - Always looking for ways to grow, innovate, and maintain industry leader status. - Cares about their employees. - There is not much turn over.

      Cons

      - Compensation is below market. No raise opportunities other than yearly merit increases. - There can be a disconnect between upper management, middle management and employees. Information is not always distributed as it should be. - Since there is not much turnover, it can seem like there are no career advancement opportunities.
