Pros
Through the years many have come and gone but there are a lot of great people who work here. It'll be as rewarding as you make it to be.
Cons
Depending on which department you join, there are pros and cons.The IT department is primitive and slow moving. Operations is the most chaotic but with opportunities. The revenue cycle department is unpredictable run by a CRO with a flair for the dramatic and petty gossip. I'm not familiar with sales so can't comment.
