They are using this whole "we're laying off bc of the unexpected new face of healthcare", well it's all lies. They are in such horrible debt and cannot make decisions and cut the people they need to, so they keep laying off people with little tiny salaries that at the end of the day will do nothing to help them. Morale is horrible and all they do is lie. It's a terrible work place and no one even sees management. It's so top heavy and you have to go through all these layers of management to get to the top or anything. Managers are terrible. They say its open door policy but it's not. Everything you see in the public about this being a good company, is all a lie. They are doing JUST enough to keep meeting their target of jobs from the grant money Jindal gave them. I wonder if Jindal regrets doing all that? Terrible place, please do not even think of working for a company that is "restructuring" all the time and continuing to lay off, bc there will be more layoffs and they don't care who you are. You're just a number to them.

pleasant and happy only takes you so far, there is a big lack of experience and qualifications. Managers are all promoted from within most have not had experience working anywhere else. Clinical leadership is top notch.
