Perhaps most doctor unfriendly emergency department in America

Nice facility (four walls, supplies)

Cons

Chief's only involvement with doctors is to condemn, "hurry up," He says that positive patient feedback is irrelevant. You work for the nursing managers whose only concern is bed turnover and volume. Don't get carried away with your concern for patients. It's not part of the equation.
