This company, which has a horrible reputation amongst healthcare workers, and has been kicked out of more hospitals then I can count, treats their healthcare employees like GARBAGE. They have cut back on staff due to their own corporate greed, leading to abusive working conditions of their healthcare workers. They force people to stay awake for 2-3 days straight, all while taking care of critically ill patients, so that they do not have to pay to staff their hospitals appropriately. They put patients at risk by doing this, but this does not matter to them at all, they only care about getting a bigger paycheck. Schumacher Clinical Partners is a despicable healthcare staffing organization.
