Generous time off policy is about all I can think of.

Cons

Leadership has no backbone. Gossiping from leadership is one of many red flags. If you rock the boat or give honest opinions, you may as well pack your bag. Promotions based on favoritism rather than actual merit. HEAVY turnover.

Poor training, unclear job details, poor management & no support from upper management. The job should've been LaFayette, LA. There was no formal training and support for the position in Atlanta.
