      Pros

      good benefits, there are some great people to work with. Prior to the new CEO it was the best job I have ever had. Now it is just like any other company. Grow Grow Grow and fill the pockets of Admin and then take complete advantage of the people who make the company run.

      Cons

      you have to be loyal to the company. family and family life come second. if you disagree it is a deal breaker and they will let you go. Don't ever expect a raise. Expect to be taken advantage of and not have a voice.
