Pros
Great Culture! You're not just a number here. Bosses care about their employees and their lives outside of the office. Willing to be flexible on schedules, and allow you to work from home. This is a place that values work/life balance. You won't find another office/work experience like this one. I can guarantee it!
Cons
The work can be hard, but if it was easy, they would let anyone do it. It can be a little stressful at times, and sometimes you do need to put in some extra hours, but that's the nature of any software company.
