Cons

No communication, few people actually work. Most of the time they are playing Frisbee golf instead of field work. Nepotism and favoritism are very high. Do nothing are promoted while the people earning the revenue are denied resources necessary to complete work. The people at the top are clueless to how controls and automation works and have a few behind the scenes SME which they constantly overwork and mistreat. Heaven forbid you ask them to stick to the amount of travel in the offer letter. They take credit for your ideas and if you try to talk to anyone about it they will fire you. BEWARE. It's rotten at the top. Also they hire quite a few people that actually know what they are doing. The people doing the hiring cannot program PLCs or understand anything about the subject matter they hire for. They are nice but not good people. They lie, cheat and steal.

Pros

Lots of great people, and good working environment. #1 design firm in the world in solid waste per ENR, so a great place to learn about landfill design amongst many other things to expand your skill set. Can't say enough good things about CEO Doug Doerr. He is a class act and a pleasure to work with/interact with.

Cons

Compensation is a bit lower than competing firms, workflow can be inconsistent at times.
