Great Culture, But Needs Better Time-Off Policies

I really enjoy working at this company – the office culture is supportive, and people are easy to work with.

Cons

The company offers very few actual holidays, and there are no separate vacation or sick days, just a general PTO bucket that runs out quickly. It would help if they offered dedicated vacation days and sick leave to support employees better. Additionally, more flexibility with work-from-home arrangements would improve work-life balance and help retain people who otherwise love working here.
