Lots of free lunches for management type training

Cons

No advancement opportunities for women engineers, women are "window dressing", static management culture, limited investment in job training to do your job better. Too much stress on utilization. Loss of staff who have served 5 years or less.

Health Benefits are not great and are expensive PTO time is low compared to other jobs It's pretty much run by old men who think they know everything and don't care about your ideas The most celebrated of people at the firm have the worst attitudes. It is not uncommon to be yelled at, disrespected, and treated poorly by people on your own team. Those closer to retirement seem to almost take pride in it, as if "paying your dues" is par for the course. I felt more like it was professional hazing... except that even after years of being there and showing my worth it didn't subside.
