ESOP, great Health Care and employee benefits, employee-focused in decision making, growing company with lots of opportunities, safety is prioritized.

Cons

Office work no cons but it is a tough industry physically for field workers. It seems the management and support stuff understand and try to alleviate that as best they can but it is worth noting.

Great and comprehensive interview process. On-boarding has been very smooth, and the firm is very flat, leading to allowing individuals to make their futures their own. Very empowering! All of my fellow SCSers have been wonderful to work with and very impressive engineers and professionals. Definitely client-first mentality and at the same time allowing employees to make their own futures a reality.

Older systems for time management and billing.
